Privacy policy
We collect as little as we can, use it only to run the checkup and deliver what you bought, and never sell it.

What we collect
- The address you check, and the results. We store the URL, what our tests found, and the report we write, so your private link keeps working.
- A scrambled form of your IP address. We store a one-way hash of it with each checkup to spot abuse. It can't be turned back into your address.
- Your email, when you pay or subscribe. Stripe asks for it at checkout and passes it to us. We use it to send you the link to what you bought, monitoring updates if you subscribed, and nothing else. If you join a waitlist, we keep that email to tell you once when the tier opens.
- Your code, for a Code Review. We keep it only while we review it: it's deleted as soon as the review is written, or within 3 hours if you don't finish paying. We keep the written review.
- Server logs. Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for a couple of weeks to keep the site running and stop abuse.
We never see your card details. We don't set cookies, don't run analytics or ad trackers, and don't load anything from other companies' servers in your browser.
Who else handles it
- Stripe takes payments and your email at checkout.
- Anthropic (the Claude AI model) writes the reports. It receives a summary of our test results, and for a Code Review, the code you sent. Under Anthropic's commercial terms it doesn't train its models on this.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- DigitalOcean hosts our server and database.
- GitHub, if you ask us to review a public repository: we download the code files from it.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Reports and reviews stay at their private links so you can come back to them; the links don't expire. Code is deleted as described above. If you'd like a report, review, monitor or your email deleted, email contact@plusevmgmt.com from the address you used (or include the report link) and we'll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or cancel monitoring at any time from the link in any monitoring email. Write to contact@plusevmgmt.com.
Children
The service isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above. If a change is significant, we'll email paying customers.
