If something went wrong on our side, you get your money back.

Reports and reviews

For the $1 report, the $9 Deep Review and the $29 Code Review, you get the full result as soon as it's ready, so we don't refund a change of mind. We do refund in full if something went wrong on our side: the report or review failed or never arrived, or it clearly got your site or code wrong (for example, it reports on a different site from the one you entered). Email contact@plusevmgmt.com within 7 days of buying and tell us what went wrong.

If a paid review can't be finished on our side, we'll refund you in full or run it again, whichever you prefer.

Monitoring

Cancel any time from the link in any monitoring email; checkups stop at the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. If you didn't mean to renew, email contact@plusevmgmt.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. They usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
